Privacy Policy

This explains what personal information Monarchs Life (“we”, “us”) collects through monarchslife.com, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Forms you submit: your name, phone number, email, age, designation or role, the organisation you belong to, and whatever you write in the message or answers. This covers the letter pop-up, the Influence Score, the application form and the Offer Room and Throne Room enquiries.
- Influence Score answers: your ten answers and the score we calculate from them.
- Voice or video note: only if you choose to upload one with an application.
- Someone else’s details: if you introduce a decision maker at your college or company, we collect their name, role and contact details from you. Only share a contact if you are comfortable with us getting in touch with them. We will say who suggested us unless you tell us not to.
- On your device: we remember the details you typed in this browser (using local storage, not cookies) so forms can be prefilled and pages can greet you by first name. It stays on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, read your application and decide whether we can help.
- To show you your Influence Score and follow up on it.
- To send you the free letter and related material you asked for.
- To run and improve the website, and to stop spam.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who handles it for us
We use trusted services to run the site: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage) and Resend (email). They process data only to provide those services to us. Some of them store data on servers outside India.
We may share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries, applications and Influence Score results for as long as they are useful for the purpose above, and delete them when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Email hello@monarchslife.com from the address you used and we will act on it within a reasonable time. We follow the rights set out in India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Security
Data is stored in access-controlled services and sent over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
The site is meant for adults and students. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before sending us your details. Colleges that book us collect their students’ information themselves.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.
