They can do the job. They go quiet in the room that decides it.
The Throne Room is a 12-week live cohort for 6 to 15 people from your company. It runs on their real meetings, pitches and hard conversations, and you get the result as numbers: team progress, and three business numbers you choose.

Twelve weeks. Eight things your team gets.
- 12 live sessions
Two hours each, run by Yogesh. Hot seats, breakouts and whole-room drills on your team's real work.
- Pods of three
A 45-minute pod session each week, so every person gets three real reps of the week's drill.
- A field rep every week
One real meeting, pitch or conversation at work, logged in three lines. The change happens at work, not in the session.
- Week-zero intake
Every person takes the Influence Score and a baseline video, so the starting point is on paper.
- 12 personalised workbooks
One per week, with each person's name on every page.
- The Pressure Clinic
An extra 90-minute session in week four for anyone who has not yet found their footing under pressure.
- A team report for you
Team-average progress against the three business numbers you choose at kickoff. Personal scores stay with the person.
- Two Return calls
Group calls four and twelve weeks after the final session, so the habit holds.
Yogesh reads every enquiry himself and replies with a written proposal. No pressure to decide.
The best people in the building, heard the least.
You know the person. Strong work, real judgement. And in the senior room they wait too long, soften the number, and give the answer in the corridor afterwards.
The pitch that should have closed. The idea someone louder repeated and got credit for. The conversation a manager has put off for a month, and the problem that grew while they waited.
It is rarely a skills gap. You have seen them be sharp, fast and funny with people they trust. Something is in the way in the rooms where the money, the roles and the reputation are decided. Another communication workshop will not move it, because the problem is not information. It is what happens to a capable person under pressure.
A room is not a cheaper one-to-one. It is a stronger instrument.
Real pressure
A room of colleagues watching is a pressure no individual session can manufacture. Hot seats under it are where people find out they can hold steady.
A shared language
Six to fifteen people learn the same moves, so the team can name what is happening in a meeting and fix it together, without waiting for a coach.
Accountability you do not run
Pods hold people to their field reps. Telling two colleagues you will have the conversation on Thursday triples the odds it happens.
Practice on your real work
Every drill uses your team's actual meetings, pitches, feedback and senior room. Nothing is a role-play about someone else's company.
Six layers, two weeks each, in the only order that works.
You cannot calm a body that is being flooded by old fears, and you cannot speak freely from a body that is braced for attack. So the order is fixed, and nobody skips.
1. Belief
Find the one story each person tells themselves about what they are allowed to say in the room, and stop obeying it.
2. Regulation
Stay steady when the pressure peaks. People learn what their body does in a hard meeting and how to reset it in seconds.
3. Expression
Say what you mean, at full size. People watch themselves on video and cut the softeners that hide the point.
4. Decision
Say the real number. Have the conversation that has been avoided for a month. Decide without waiting for approval.
5. System
Build a personal cue that brings each person's best self on demand, in the room that matters, and lets them switch it off after.
6. Live fire
The real room, under real pressure. Then a final measure, so the change is on paper.

Your three numbers. Their progress. Nothing on trust.
At kickoff you pick three business numbers the cohort should move: a pitch conversion rate, a renewal rate, how many decisions get escalated that should not. They are your numbers, not ours.
Every person takes the Influence Score at weeks zero, six and twelve, so the change in how much is in their way is measured, not guessed. You see team-average progress against your three numbers.
Individual scores stay with the person. You see the group picture. Nothing from the program goes into a performance review, which is the reason people tell the truth in it.

What happens next.
Underpaid, overworked and holding himself back in a tier 2 city.
A 120% raise in two years, then moves to bigger cities and better companies.
“The food that I bring on the table for my family is because of you.”
Rejected in more than 10 interviews over several months.
After one session, two interviews cracked in 10 days and a 30% hike.
Had launched about eight products in ten years, and was still nervous about a keynote.
Fifteen minutes of training before he went on stage.
“You have changed the way I will give any presentations for my entire life.”
Client names withheld. Results differ from person to person.
One conversation. Then a proposal for your team.

The Throne Room, answered.
What is The Throne Room?
The Throne Room is a 12-week live communication and leadership-presence cohort by Monarchs Life for 6 to 15 people from one company, chosen by a leader. It is built on real work: meetings, pitches, feedback and the senior room. Yogesh Pandey designs it and delivers it personally.
Who is The Throne Room for?
Companies whose capable people go quiet in the rooms that decide things: leadership teams, sales teams, client-facing teams and managers. The buyer is usually a founder, CEO, HR head or L&D head, who picks the cohort.
How much time does it take from each person?
About four hours a week for twelve weeks: a two-hour live session, a 45-minute pod session, about ten minutes of daily practice, and one real meeting or conversation at work logged each week. About 70% of every session is live practice.
How is the result measured?
Every person takes the Influence Score at weeks zero, six and twelve. You receive team-average progress, plus three business numbers you pick at kickoff. Individual scores stay with each person and are never used in performance reviews.
Will managers see individual results?
No. Personal scores stay with the person. The leader sees the group picture. Nothing from the program goes into performance reviews.
Is it scripts and communication tips?
No. Scripts break under pressure, and everyone who learns the same ones ends up sounding the same. The Throne Room finds what blocks each person (beliefs, nerves, habits, hesitation), removes it in a fixed order, then trains the skill on the team's real work.
How is it different from a workshop or a keynote?
A workshop is a day and a keynote is an hour. The Throne Room is twelve weeks of live practice with real field reps and measurement, which is how a habit changes. Monarchs Life also runs keynotes, seminars and workshops for companies.
How large is a cohort?
Six to fifteen people, chosen by a leader. Larger groups can be run as separate cohorts.
How much does it cost?
Every program is scoped and quoted for your people, goals and calendar. Send an enquiry and Yogesh will reply within two working days.
I’m an employee. How do I bring The Throne Room to my company?
Use the form on this page and choose “I’m an employee”. Give us the name and contact of the person who decides, such as your manager, HR head, L&D head or founder, and Monarchs Life will approach them. You can choose whether we say you suggested it.
Who delivers The Throne Room?
Yogesh Pandey, a communication coach and founder of Monarchs Life, who has coached 200+ professionals and founders one to one and has 5 million monthly viewers across his content.
