About the site

monarchslife.com is run by Monarchs Life (“we”, “us”), founded by Yogesh Pandey. It describes our communication and influence training and lets you enquire, apply and take the free Influence Score.

Programs are agreed separately

Nothing on this site is a contract to deliver a program. The one-to-one program is by application only. The Offer Room (colleges) and the Throne Room (companies) are scoped with you. Fees, dates, format and deliverables are set out in a written proposal or agreement before anything starts. If that agreement differs from this site, the agreement applies.

Applications and enquiries

• Please give accurate information. Submitting a form does not guarantee a place or a reply.
• We may decline any application or enquiry without giving a reason.
• If you introduce someone else, you confirm you are allowed to share their contact details.

The free Influence Score and free content

The Influence Score and the Learn articles are for general information and self-reflection. They are not a diagnosis, assessment of your abilities or professional advice. See our Disclaimer.

Our content

The text, design, logo, crown, articles, documentary and other material on the site belong to Monarchs Life or Yogesh Pandey, or are used with permission. You may read and share links to them. Please do not copy, republish, sell or train AI models on them without our written permission. Short quotes with a link back to us are fine.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no spam, no false information, no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping personal data, and no use that breaks the law.

Links to other sites

The site links to Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, news sites and other places. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do.

Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the site, or for any outcome you hope for from the free content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
