Why he founded it
Yogesh Pandey resigned from his job in his twenties with one idea: turn his annual income into monthly income. Monarchs Life is that idea. It began in rooms with founders, professionals and university students, watching capable people go small at the exact moment it mattered.
The three programs
The Offer Room is for universities and colleges: in-person placement readiness for final-year batches, with a before and after Offer Score shared with the placement cell.
The Throne Room is for companies: a 12-week cohort for 6 to 15 people from the same company, measured by team-average progress and three business numbers the leader picks at kickoff.
The one-to-one program is for founders and senior leaders: six months, application-only, with weekly sessions.
